The time limit of the meditation can be as at least 5 minutes to as much as 45 minutes, or even it depends on a your daily routine time allowance and intention of the meditation. Ideally and elegantly , you will meditation no less than ten to fifteen minutes, and 3 times in a day....
Early morning are the best and good time to practice spiritual meditating since your brain frequency is more then likely at Alpha. All you need to do is close your eyes , take a deep breath, and enter your meditation.....
