Meditation for Peace



Meditation - the path to moksha or nirvana, comes through stillness, a sense of being immersed into the sea of goodness that permeates your being and no longer does the ego overpower your thoughts. Nothing is permanent, we are mere travelers , the dance of Shiva  takes us to realms unknown and opens up our mind to experience the divinity that is there within us. Compassion and surrendering yourself to Him immersed in the knowledge that , what is - is and will be, your inner self shines and knows pure joy.
